The WDC is an initiative that is dedicated to creating a campus that is inclusive, gender-sensitive, and free from discrimination and violence. One of the primary functions of the WDC is to provide a platform for female students and faculty members to voice their concerns and complaints related to gender-based discrimination, harassment, and violence. The WDC also conducts various awareness programs, workshops, and seminars to educate students and faculty members on issues related to gender equality, women’s rights, and gender-based violence.

Our college’s policy on inclusiveness and gender sensitivity reflect its commitment to promoting a culture of respect, equality, and diversity on its campus. In addition, the college ensures that its facilities and services are accessible and inclusive for all students, regardless of their gender or any other factor. The college actively recruits and retains a diverse faculty and staff, including women and members of underrepresented groups.
